Some new Dark of the Moon toys are in the process of being released in Asia, which include a G1-colored Starscream and Dark Energon Edition Megatron. For those that don't live in Asia and want to get their hands on these, they will most likely be popping up on Ebay and online toy stores. You can see packaging screenshots below thanks to AC Toys.

Toys: Transformers Avengers, Revoltech OP DX and More
I'm here with some toy news this Sunday afternoon. Some very interesting Avengers/Transformers crossover toys were spotted at an Albuquerque Toys 'R Us. One was Thor which turned into a jet called "Thunder Bomber" and the other was Iron Man that turned into a car called "Arc Racer". These toys are priced at $22.99 in the US.
Also, a new Optimus Prime figure has been revealed for the Revoltech line called "Optimus Prime DX". This figure sports the jetpack that Optimus used during the Chicago battle in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The release is scheduled for October 1st but no price has been announced yet.
The official Transformers Facebook page has posted a first look at the upcoming Transformers Prime Voyager figures, Thundertron and Dreadwing. See the rest of those images here. Thundertron will be released with Voyager wave 3 and Dreadwing will be with wave 4.Lastly, a Transformers Bot Shots "Battle for the Matrix" set has been spotted at a few Target stores in the US. This set is $19.99 and includes Bumblebee, Brawl, Megatron, Optimus Prime, two launchers and a Matrix trophy card.

Dark of the Moon Robo Fighters Wave 3 Released
Here with some somewhat odd news. A TFW2005 boards member has spotted the two unreleased wave three DOTM Robo Fighters toys at a Toys 'R Us in Indiana. The toys are Nightwatch Optimus Prime and Elite Guard Bumblebee. With the release of these DOTM toys and the Asia release of the deluxe Wheeljack, maybe the rest of the unreleased DOTM toys will reach the shelves in the future.Monday, May 7, 2012
DOTM Will Probably Fall to 5th (Updated)
Transformers: Dark of the Moon is the 4th highest grossing movie of all-time, but it might not stay there for long. The Avengers, which has grossed $642 million, is quickly closing in on the top grossing movies and has shattered the domestic opening weekend record, previously held by the last Harry Potter film. If (and most likely when) The Avengers passes up TF3, it will fall to 5th on the all-time list, which is still a very big achievement. We all knew this day would come. DOTM can't hold fourth forever. In other news, if you would like to get your hands on the Takara version of DOTM Autobot Que, robotkingdom.com has a preorder listing for it. Note that this is not the cancelled Hasbro version of the toy.
Update: Robot Kingdom has confirmed that it is the Hasbro version, not Takara.

DOTM Revoltech Bumblebee
Official images have been released for the Sci-Fi Revoltech Bumblebee figure. The figure is made to look just like how Bumblebee appeared in Transformers Dark of the Moon. To see all of the images, click here. It definitely looks like a great model and I might have to look into buying it.

DOTM Toys Cancelled
Deluxe Que, Soundwave and Leadfoot and Human Alliance Soundwave will not be hitting the shelves. Hasbro has cancelled their distribution. The toys were sold in Japan, but I'm not sure if they are still being sold there or not. I was looking on eBay and it looks like the deluxes are being sold for $75 to $100. That's pretty expensive. Also, this probably means that a Dino toy will never see the light of day. So, definitely not good news, but maybe these toys will appear scattered throughout stores like Ross and Marshalls.Source: TFW2005/ Seibertron

Soundwave, Que in Package
Here are some photos of Soundwave and Que in their packaging. Both figures will be in the wave 6 release sometime soon. I must say, Que's head design on the box is a bit creepy! As a little side note, I've been hearing that the toy would be named "Wheeljack", but according to the packaging, it is indeed "Que".

Dark of the Moon Wheeljack Bio
Walmart has updated their site with a listing and bio for Wheeljack (Que):When he first learned about the laws of physics, Wheeljack took them as a challenge to his intelligence. Laws, after all, were made to be broken. The Autobot technician had dedicated his life to pushing the limits of science. More often than not, his inventions have failed spectacularly, but when they succeed, they often change the course of millions of robots' lives.
There is no official release date set, but it is expected to be February 2012.

HA Soundwave Video and Deluxe Soundwave Photos
I have some good news! The deluxe Soundwave in the photos that were posted a couple days ago was indeed transformered wrong. In these new images the figure looks so much better. See the rest of the images here. Also, check out a Takara-Tomy Human Alliance Soundwave video review. The toy will also come with Dylan and Laserbeak.

Deluxe Soundwave Images
Images have been released for the upcoming Deluxe Soundwave. Soundwave and Wheeljack will both be coming in wave 6. Looking at the pictures, it appears as if it is mis-transformed a bit. I'm not impressed with this figure at all. The dull gray paint and the feet don't look good and I'm not a big fan of how he looks in robot mode. If I pick this one up, I'll have to buy some silver paint as well. While we're on the discussion of toys, there is still no word on a Dino/Mirage toy. If one does eventually come out, I'm guessing it'll just be a generic red sports car named Mirage instead of a Ferrari named Dino. For the full gallery of images, click here.

Transformers Huge News Catch Up
I apologize for my recent absense due to a schoolwork overload. I have a many pieces of news for you Transformers fans:
First of all, a Transformers Dark of the Moon Speed Stars Leadfoot has been spotted in some Target stores. I haven't heard much about these lately and they are definitely cool Transformers toys. It's a die cast car (like Hotwheels) and if you stand it up, there is a 3D-like design of the robot mode underneath the car.
Also, Paramount has contacted members of the Transformers Dark of the Moon movie visual effects team to see if they would be available to do a fourth Transformers film if the OK has been given. Paramount has also contacted Michael Bay regarding a return, but no further information is known about that to this point. Check out the interview with Scott Farrar, the visual effects supervisor from TF3, after the jump. While we're on the topic of TF4, there has been speculation that an announcement regarding the possible movie could come on Hasbro's Investors Day on Wednesday, but there has been no official word.
There is also a new commercial promoting the Transformers Prime Darkness Rising DVD release. (seems as if there is no Blu-Ray) It is due out on December 6th although the commercial says that it is available now. Check out the trailer after the jump.
Lastly (and very overdue), are the latest poll results. On the "How would you rate this blog" poll, 86% of you said 4 out of 4 and 13% said 3 out of 4 (Thanks for the positive feedback everyone!) On the "Whose death made you sad the most" poll, Ironhide took the victory with 74%. He was folllowed by Jazz (16%), Que/Wheeljack (6%) and Sentinel Prime (2%). Well, at least one of you felt sorry for Sentinel! :)

Lots of Important News
Ok, I have a bunch of news regarding the home release of DOTM and other things. Let's get started!
First of all, here is a video review from Richard Roeper on TF3. Please disregard everything he says about the movie and his childish behavior (ironically comments can no longer be left on the video) and listen closely when he says that there will be three minutes of extra footage on the Blu-Ray and DVD. We will know for sure tomorrow, but the anticipation is killing me! Click 'read more' for more amazing news!

New Deluxe Leadfoot Images and Possible New Home Video Covers
Check out some new images of Deluxe Leadfoot here. Also, Play.com has uploaded some possible new images of the TF3 Blu-Ray and DVD covers, although I wouldn't take their word for it, because above the images it says "Starring: Megan Fox". I wouldn't consider these images concrete news, but there is a possibility.

Exclusive Optimus Prime Toys
With the absence of any real Transformers live action movie news, I'm going to start posting some Transformers toy news along with any normal Transformers live action news to keep everyone interested in this blog. Milk, a Hong Kong magazine, is working with Hasbro to offer two exclusive, deluxe class Optimus Prime figures. They are both hand painted and not many will be made. One is the original Optimus paint scheme and the other is a black version of Optimus. The next issue of the magazine will explain how to win these.

DOTM Burger King Toys
You just can't have a Transformers movie hit the theaters before Burger King has their Transformers toys released. This year, it's kind of a cute little toy with a giant head where the body can fold into. The characters include: Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Starscream, Ironhide, Shockwave, Ratchet and Soundwave. You can receive your toy by getting a BK Kids Meal or you can just buy them. The promotion starts June 20th.
