TF Prime Beast Hunters Finale Clip

Tomorrow night will mark the very last episode of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. The final episode will be followed by a TV movie in the near future. Check out a clip of the climatic battle below.

Beast Hunters UK Tour

Hasbro has sent me an official press release for the upcoming UK Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Tour. Yes, you read that correctly. It seems like Hasbro has discovered my little blog. Anyways, the tour will involve an Optimus Prime truck traveling across the United Kingdom from June 20th through September 1st. There will also be an interactive Transformers station and people who attend can get their photo taken with Optimus and the Autobots by using a green screen. Full press release below.

Beast Hunters Episode 4 Airs Tonight

The first new episode of Beast Hunters that couldn't be previously accessed on YouTube (thanks to the 3-part Singapore special) will air tonight. Optimus Prime is still trying to cling onto life and the Autobots are still trying to figure out how to gain an advantage against the Decepticons. The episode airs tonight at 7:30pm ET on The Hub. Below is a Transformers Prime commercial that recently aired. It's someone asking Megatron to go to prom with them, which is sort of ironic for me since mine is tonight.

Beast Hunters Premieres Tonight

Just a reminder that the season premiere of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters will start at 7:30 ET. It looks like it will just be one episode unlike in Singapore where the first three were aired back to back to back (you can find those episodes in low quality on YouTube). The Hub also plans to conclude Transformers Prime with a 90 minute movie at the end of the third season.

New Autobot Revealed for Beast Hunters

A new Autobot will be joining the team on earth in Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. This was revealed through a Beast Hunters commercial that recently aired in Singapore. Click "read more" to see the trailer and beware if you are sensitive to spoilers. Season 3 begins next Friday in the U.S. with what's rumored to be a 2 hour movie.

A new spoilerish trailer has hit YouTube for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. This is an unofficial upload that has the audio slightly unsynchronized, so I'll be updating this post with the official one once it's released.

Beast Hunters Begins on...

Transformers Prime Beast Hunters premieres on March 22nd! This will be the third and final season of Transformers Prime as a new series will be on television beginning in 2014, along with the release of Transformers 4. The premiere will take place at 7:30pm EST after a four hour marathon. Descriptions of episodes one and two are after the jump, but beware of spoilers!

Beast Hunters Trailer

Hasbro has released a trailer for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. It features our first look at Predaking! Beast Hunters/Season 3 of Prime will premiere sometime this Spring.

Prime Season 3 Premiere Mistake

Zap2It has made a correction to it's announcement of the premiere date for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. Unfortunately, the site made a mistake and listed "Lost and Found", an old episode of Transformers Animated, as being a new episode of Transformers Prime on February 15th. The premiere date for season 3 is back to being unknown.

Prime Season 3 Airdate Revealed (Update)

The first episode of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters will air on the Hub this February 15th. The episode is titled "Lost & Found" and probably has to deal with the Autobots finding each other again after spreading out in retreat at the end of season 2.

Update: There has been a mistake with the listing on Zap2It and it is only a rerun of Animated. Still no release date confirmed. Sorry!

Remember the camera recorded version of the Transformers Prime season 3 clip that hit YouTube during the NYCC? Well, thanks to Saltoner1, we now have a beautiful HD version of it, Enjoy!

Beast Hunters Video Game?

On December 17th, Hasbro applied for a video game trademark called Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. The description of the trademark was:

“Interactive entertainment software, namely computer game software, computer game programs, computer game cartridges, computer game discs; interactive multimedia computer game programs; downloadable game software for use in connection with computers, communication devices and mobile telephones; pre-recorded laser and video disc featuring an animated cartoon series”.

This almost guarantees that there will be some type of Beast Hunters video game released, whether it be soon or in a year or two. It could be console based like Fall of Cybertron or Prime The Game, or it could be a very simple online computer game. Stick around for any updates.

Transformers News Catch Up

Hey, Transformers fans! I'm back from my vacation with some catch up news for you. Nothing major has happened in the last week, but here's a few small pieces of news:

First off, the season 2 of Transformers Prime box set was released on Tuesday. The set features episodes from "Orion Pax" to the season finale, "Darkest Hour". I'm assuming that a Blu-Ray will be hitting store shelves eventually as well.

Next, if you signed up for the Transformers Universe closed beta testing, they are sending out surveys through email to ask about the specifications of your computer:
"The time has come commander, heed this call to arms and take your next step towards participation in the closed BETA program.
In order to be eligible to take part in the closed BETA, we need some additional information. Please click on the link below to complete a brief survey and provide some information about your computers specifications.
This information is needed in order to check closed BETA eligibility and to allow us to ensure we get the widest range of people testing Transformers Universe. This data will only be used by the Transformers team and will not be shared with any third parties."

Lastly, Transformers Prime will begin airing on the CW's Vortexx block on December 8th. No time slot information has been released, but Vortexx is the CW's Saturday morning cartoon block, so Prime episodes will be airing sometime on Saturday mornings.

TF Prime Season Finale Clip

A clip for the Transformers Prime season finale, "Darkest Hour", has been released. The episode will air tomorrow night at the end of a 26-hour Prime marathon that starts at 4:30pm ET today. Be warned, there are pretty heavy spoilers below.

TF Prime The Game Released

Today, Transformers Prime The Game was released for the Nintendo Wii, 3DS and DS systems. The WiiU version will be released mid-November. The game developers also released a launch trailer for the game as well. I'm not sure if I'll be picking this one up or not. I might just wait until the price goes down a bit.

TF Prime Poster and Season Finale Promo

The Hub has issued a limited edition Transformers Prime poster, which celebrates the end of season 2, that contains a screenshot from every single episode to this point in time. Only 100 have been produced and they will be very hard to get your hands on.

Also, a promo has been released for the 26-hour Prime marathon on the Hub which leads up to the season finale this Friday night. Season 3 should start in Spring 2013.

TF Prime: Beast Hunters Clip

A one minute long clip from season 3 of Transformers Prime was shown at New York Comic Con, which included the new dragon Decepticon, Shockwave, Megatron and Starscream.
