Finally, ROTDS gets an actual good trailer. It even includes a little bit of Linkin Park. The new Transformers game is in stores now for all the major platforms.

Here is our first good look at Lockdown in Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark. He looks like a pretty good character but I must say that the editor of these trailers needs to be fired over their use of frame-rate and slow motion. I was able to watch bits and pieces of campaign and it does actually seem like you are able to play at least a few missions without spoiling Age of Extinction and it also does seem like a pretty decent game to my surprise. Nothing groundbreaking but it seems above average compared to normal movie tie-ins. Watch out for part one of my complete walkthrough coming on June 24th.

TF4 News Catch-Up

First off in this major news post is a new TV spot that was aired during the MTV Movie Awards. There is some improved CGI, one extra shot and a slight extension of the scene where Optimus gets shot by Lockdown.

TF4 Huge News Catch-Up

Sorry for the recent delay everyone! Below I will be updating you on everything that has happened in the past couple of weeks regarding Transformers: Age of Extinction and Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark.

First of all, Paramount Pictures has released an updated version of the Super Bowl spot with improved CGI, different font and better color grading.


Next, at this year's Cinemacon, Transformers 4 stars Jack Reynor and Nicola Peltz both won the male and female Rising Stars award. Roughly 15 minutes of the film was shown as well. There are descriptions of what was shown, but I will not be reading them or posting them here due to highly spoilerish content.

Toy Fair Roundup, Video Game and More

I'm finally back after a short absence and I have a lot of news for you guys. As far as Toy Fair stuff, I'm just going to post the interesting photos at the bottom and just let you guys look everything over at your own will rather than go in depth with everything. In other news, the Age of Extinction video game has been set to release on June 24th, although this will be a bit different than past movie games. It is somehow going to be a crossover between AOE and the Cybertron game universe. It will be available on all major platforms (including PC) and Escalation will have 40 playable characters. The game will be developed by Edge of Reality and not High Moon Studios.

Another interesting thing to note is a theater cup promotion for Age of Extinction. Select theaters will have AOE limited edition soda cups with keychains on the top.
