FOC Massive Fury Pack Available Now

Today, the Massive Fury pack for Fall of Cybertron was released for the price of $10. The pack includes Hound, Kickback, Hardshell, Sharpshot, G1 Optimus Prime, two extra guns for campaign and a G2 Bruticus skin. Below is a video from EdwrdTriggaHnds.

FOC Dinobot DLC

High Moon Studios has revealed their Multiplayer Dinobot DLC pack via an article from The Verge. The DLC will be released through PSN and Xbox Live on September 11, exactly a week from today. The price has yet to be determined but will most likely be $10 or 800 Microsoft points.

Fall of Cybertron DLC Packs

High Moon Studios and Activision are lining up two more DLC packs. The next one releases on September 11th and it includes the Dinobots for multiplayer. The third pack releases on September 25th and includes some Insecticons for multiplayer along with the G1 retro pack and G2 Bruticus.

FOC Cliffjumper and Grimlock Gameplay

Gametrailers has given us a look at some new Cliffjumper gameplay, which includes some Grimlock gameplay that we've seen before.

Extensive Look at Fall of Cybertron

Giant Bomb has posted a 30 minute long video that showcases a lot of Fall of Cybertron, including some never before seen Cliffjumper gameplay. It also shows us all of the playable characters if you really pay close attention to when they select certain chapters to play. Check out the chapter list after the jump and watch the video below.

Bruticus Toy and Gameplay Trailer

Gameinformer has posted a very interesting trailer that includes a small sample of Brutcus gameplay along with a montage of some FOC toys, which includes the construction of the Bruticus toy. Stan Bush's "Til All Are One", which was the credits song for War for Cybertron, plays throughout the toy portion of the trailer. The video cannot be embedded here so to view it, click here.

G1 Optimus FOC Trailer

I posted a link to this trailer on IGN in my last post but I have since found a YouTube video. Here is the G1 retro pack trailer with "The Touch" playing in the background. To get the G1 retro pack, you must preorder from Gamestop.

Fall of Cybertron Demo Out Tomorrow

Great news for Gamestop Power Up members who preordered Fall of Cybertron (like myself). You will have early access to a single and mutiplayer demo for PS3 or Xbox 360 tomorrow! Everyone else can download the demo on Tuesday, July 31st. The demo includes TWO single player missions along with multiplayer and customization. Unfortunately, PC gamers will not be receiving a demo but at least the game is coming out for PC unlike what was originally planned. I believe if you are a Power Up member, you will receive a special code in your inbox on poweruprewards.com.

A couple of days ago, I ordered a game capture device for my PS3, so when that arrives I will be uploading some of my Fall of Cybertron gameplay to YouTube. I'll let you guys know when that happens.

Transformers Fall of Cybertron will hit the shelves on August 21st (US) for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

New FOC Character Bios

Four more character profiles have been added to the official Fall of Cybertron website: Metroplex, Jetfire, Bruticus and Brawl. Bruticus is the only playable character for campaign out of this group. Metroplex is controlled by Optimus during campaign and Jetfire and Brawl will be available for multiplayer and most likely escalation. Click here to see the rest of the character models and bios. Fall of Cybertron releases for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on August 21st.

Prime The Game Cover Art and FOC UK Preorder Bonus

The cover art and some screenshots have been released for Transformers Prime The Game. Check out the screenshots here. The game releases on all Nintendo platforms on October 30th. Also, for everyone in the United Kingdom who wants to get a preorder bonus for Fall of Cybertron, you can go to Play.com to get Swoop as a playable character for multiplayer.

New Fall of Cybertron Character Profiles

New bios are up on the Fall of Cybertron Official Website. They include Swindle and Grimlock. Grimlock is a confirmed playable character for campaign while Swindle is not (other than being part of Bruticus), but his ability is shown as being able to use a grapple so it seems like you will be able to play as him during campaign after all.

FOC: New Bios and Box Art

Two new character bios are up on the Fall of Cybertron Official Website: Perceptor and Vortex. I'm guessing Perceptor will only be playable for Escalation and not campaign since he doesn't have a special ability. Vortex of course, has his shockwave blast, which we've seen already with gameplay previews. High Moon Studios has also revealed the final box art for the game, which is slightly different from the art previously shown with the E3 trailer.

The Transformers Fall of Cybertron has released a new Soundwave image as a part of their Cyber Monday promotion.

EB Games FOC Preorder Bonus

I have some bad news for those of you that preordered Fall of Cybertron with Gamestop (myself included). EB Games has a better preorder bonus. You get everything in Gamestop's G1 pack plus Swoop as a character unlock. On top of that, XBOX 360 users will get a Bumblebee avatar and if you preorder in-store, you will also receive a giant Grimlock poster. As of now, this is just in Australia, but I'm sure this will be announced for the US and other countries soon.

New Fall of Cybertron Character Bios

New character profiles are up on the Official Transformers FOC Website. Jazz and Soundwave's bios and photos are now up along with their special abilities. Jazz's special ability of course is his grappling hook, but now we get to see Soundwaves special ability: ejecting Mini-Cons! These Mini-Cons will most likely be Rumble, Laserbeak and Frenzy. Hey Transformers fans! I was out all day with some friends and came home to see a bunch of Fall of Cybertron news! First off, High Moon has released a Developer Diary for Optimus Prime, which includes an interview with voice actor Peter Cullen and some new in-game footage.

Battle Arena E3 Showdown: Vote Grimlock!

MTV is having a competition where they put video game characters head to head against each other in order to see who is the best of the best. In round 1, Fall of Cybertron's Grimlock is up against Mario. Last time I checked, a giant, fire breathing space T-Rex beats a puny little Italian plumber who fights off mushrooms any day. Right now the voting is tight. Grimlock was ahead by roughly 16% last time I checked and Mario was leading earlier. You may vote multiple times, so show your support for Grimlock! Click here to vote!
