Thanks to Amazon, we now have a list of the special features for the Transformers Dark of the Moon 3D Edition which is set for a January 31st release. There is one thing missing from this list though: No deleted scenes or extra footage! There will be 1 and 1/2 hours of special features, but if there are no deleted scenes, I might have to pass this up. The bonus features usually find their way onto YouTube anyway. Still no word if there will be a plain 2D version with the special features as well.
