Trailer Review

This a review of everything that happened in trailer #2  WARNING! Spoilers!

The trailer starts off with a look at the moon and the earth appears behind it.  The ark then crashes on the moon.  The two astronauts are seen walking towards the ark.  A woman then says something about how the space race was a result of the ark crashing.  The astronauts then see some Transformers on the ship.  Next, the NEST base is shown.  A giant round door opens.  A woman tells Sam that if he says anything about what he is going to see, he will go to prison.  Next, a city, which is probably Chicago, is shown.  We then see Optimus, Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Bumblebee, Mirage and the Einstein bot (Blue Mercedes) driving into the NEST base.  There are also two other Autobots that cannot be identified.  There is a quick shot of Major Lennox and Optimus, Bumblebee, Ironhide and Ratchet along with either the Einstein bot or Brains.(all in robot form)

Optimus (very angry) tells a woman that they lied to the Autobots and that was a big mistake.  Sam is then seen getting out of Bumblebee in car mode.  In Chicago, a blue beam of light goes from the ground to the sky.  Chicago looks almost completely destroyed.  Then, Decepticons awake on the moon and jump into the space bridge on the moon while a giant ship arises and epic music is playing.  The Decepticons arrive in Washington D.C. causing chaos.  Decepticons ships are then seen terrorizing Chicago.  The next scene shows more Chicago destruction.  A shot of Simmons is shown while his voice in the background says, "Years from now they're gonna ask, where were you when they took over the planet?"  Then there is also a quick shot of Epps and Lennox standing next to each other in horrified awe.  A giant Decepticon ship is flying through buildings in Chicago.  Decepticons are everywhere.  The space bridge is on top of a building next to the ship.  Sam then tells Carly, "You'll be fine.  I promise."  The shot of Bumblebee holding his head from the TV spot is shown while a Decepticon ship is above him.  Epps then tells Sam that it's over.  Shockwave is then shown with his giant gun on top of what might be "The Dweller" (some say it is "The Driller" and there is no confirmation on the name yet).  We then see some more of the scene with the guys wearing the special flying suits.  Sam and Carly are shown in a telephone booth.  Sam screams, "Optimus!"  A quick shot of Carly is seen which was the screenshot that got released earlier this week.  Optimus swoops down with his wings and kills multiple Decepticons (scene from TV spots).  Bumblebee then transformers under a bridge, jumps on the side of a building wall, catches Sam and Lennox, and does an awesome corkscrew move while Starscream seems to die in the background.  Ironhide then collides into the Dreads and Laserbeak attacks someone in a car (rumored to be Simmons).  Sam holds up a gun to someone and screams, "Where is she!?"  Carly is in a car flipped over and is frightened.  "The Dweller" drills through the cities streets.  Some flying Decepticons explode in the air.  Sam does something to 'Bee's mouthpiece.  Optimus talking to Sam (with Simmons in background in a wheelchair) says, "You may lose faith in us, but never in yourselves.  From here the fight will be your own."  At that point it seems like the Autobots might be leaving Earth.  It ends with "The Dweller" tearing a building in half.  Sam, Carly and Epps are all inside.  Epps yells, "Run!"  Sam grabs Carly while holding on to a beam in the building before she can fall.  The top half of the building falls and the title comes up. 

This trailer is so amazing it left me speechless.  Sentinel Prime and the Wreckers were not in the trailer, but that will be a good surprise for us when the movie come out July 1.  I'm also really surprised though that Starscream's death would be so obvious in the trailer.  Well, I thought that the trailer release would make the 2 month wait easier, but I think it actually made it harder for me knowing how awesome it's going to be!
