The Rotten Tomatoes film reviews are starting to come in and currently Age of Extinction is sitting in the fresh zone after 5 reviews (3 positive, 2 negative). Even though these are just early numbers with plenty more reviews ready to flood in, this is the first time I've ever seen a fresh red tomato next to a Transformers film compared to an ugly green splat. What's even better is that the snippets of the two negative reviews seem to be the iconic "Michael Bay reviews" (Those people who just seem to slam on Bay all the time). At the moment, it seems like this could possibly be the highest critically acclaimed Transformers film if the trend continues from this small sample size.
