Box Office Mojo reports that Transformers: Dark of the Moon is sitting at an estimated $1,109,076,721 as of today. This brings it within about $10 million away from claiming 4th place on the all time box office list. It is definitely going to be a close finish for DOTM. So, if you haven't spent all your money on Transformers this summer, head on over to your local IMAX and see it one last time and then you will be prepared to wait one more month until the home video release.
