Nicola Peltz has officially joined Transformers 4, according to a tweet from Michael Bay's official Twitter account. Peltz was rumored to land the role back in December, but Bay said that was untrue. Peltz has starred in the action movie, The Last Airbender, and currently stars in the new television show, The Bates Motel. She will play the daughter of Mark Wahlberg's character and the boyfriend of Jack Reynor's character, a race car driver. Five actors have been cast in Transformers 4 so far, including Glenn Morshower and Peter Cullen. Josh Duhamel has also been offered a chance to return.
